We offer worldwide shipping on all our products. The shipping cost is determined by the weight and destination of the package. Orders above 65.99 AUD are eligible for free shipping, while orders below this amount will be charged a flat shipping fee of 5.99 AUD.

Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. You can use this number to track your package online and see an estimated delivery date. Please note that delivery times may vary depending on your location and local customs procedures.

We strive to ship all orders within 1-3 business days of receipt. However, please note that processing times may be longer during peak periods or if an item is out of stock. In these cases, we will contact you to provide an estimated delivery time or offer a refund.

We are not responsible for any delays or customs fees that may be incurred on international shipments. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that all shipping information is correct and accurate. If an incorrect address is provided and the package is returned to us, we will issue a refund minus the shipping cost.
